1st day: FONTANELLATO - PARMA
Arrival in Fontanellato, visit to the Italian town nominated “City of art and Culture” and “Cittaslow, city of well living and excellent food”. Welcoming and meeting in front of the medieval entrance, walking through the marvelous streets of the city center and visit to the San Vitale Castle. Prosecution with the visit to the XVII century Sanctuary of the Rosary Blessed Virgin and to the gallery of “ex-voto”. Lunch in a local restaurant. Departure for Parma recently declared Capital city of the Italian culture 2020/2021 and visit to its historic city center, ducal garden, Pilotta palace, Garibaldi square. Visit to the Cathedral and to the Baptistery, free time to spend on your own. At evening accommodation in hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
2nd day: PARMA - BUSSETO - SALSOMAGGIORE TERME
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Busseto. Visit to its wonderful historic city center, to the “Verdi Lands museum of Casa Barezzi” and to the Verdi theater. Prosecution with the visit of Salsomaggiore Terme, panoramic tour of the little town built following a Liberty architectural style and visit to its big thermal center. Lunch in a typical Emilian restaurant. Lunch will be followed by free time at your disposition to spend on shopping of typical and traditional products of Parma and its lands. In the late afternoon departure to go back home.

Already famous in the past, Padua has a lot to offer to its visitors. Two UNESCO sites will amaze you: the botanical garden and the various frescos cycles from the XIV century. Its university isn’t of minor regard: funded in 1222, it is one of the oldest in the world.
