Guided tour that moves inside the city, following Francesco and Chiara’s lives: the Basilica of Santa Chiara, the birthplace and the oratory of San Francesco Piccolino up to the Basilica of San Francesco with the two churches built on the grave of the Saint. A careful visit will be made here to discover the precious frescoes that make Assisi a milestone in the history of Italian art: Giotto, Cimabue, Simone Martini, Lorenzetti are among the most famous artists who worked to celebrate St. Francesco. Lunch in a restaurant followed by a visit of the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli with the Porziuncola. At the end of the tour, transfer to Tuscany headtown: Florence.
